Account recovery (Google)
Recovering access when Google sign-in fails. Email/password is no longer offered on the login screen.
These documents are available before and after sign-in. Sign in for full app access — in-app links open after you sign in.
Happy path
- Use Continue with Google on /login.
- Pick your @aquasani.net Workspace account.
- If Google fails, contact an admin — do not look for an email/password form.

Cannot find email/password fields
Why: Login is Google-only.
Try: Use Continue with Google. Ask an admin if your Workspace account is allowlisted.
Success: Signed in via Google.
Google blocked / account_exists
Why: Old password login still exists for that email in Auth.
Try: Ask an admin to clear the password user so Google can link (enable_google_login).
Success: Continue with Google succeeds.

- Confirm Team allowlist includes their @aquasani.net address.
- If account_exists: run enable_google_login.py --apply for that email.
- Have them retry Continue with Google in a private window.

FAQs
I forgot my password.
There is no app password login anymore. Sign in with Google, or ask an admin to fix Google access.
Can I change my password in Aquasani?
No. Manage your Google Workspace password in Google Account settings.
